Description
All of our scones are soooo good! They can be ordered baked or you can choose to bake them yourself & enjoy them fresh from the oven (don't worry, all the instructions are below).
We also offer homemade jams & jellies. Please see that section for more details.
'You Bake' Scones
**DO NOT THAW ** Keep frozen until ready to bake
• Arrange oven rack to the middle position & preheat to 350
• While the oven is preheating, prepare a cookie sheet with parchment or a light coating of non-stick spray
• When oven is ready, arrange the frozen scones on the cookie sheet; approximately 3” apart
• Optional, but highly recommended … for a lightly crisp & caramelized top … dampen the top of each scone with just a bit of water, milk or cream & sprinkle a little sugar. A spray bottle works great, but a pastry brush or clean finger works just fine.
• Bake for ~ 45 minutes. When ready, the scones should be about twice the size, look cooked through & be lightly browned on top & bottom. If you have a thermometer, the internal temperature should be 200-210
• Remove from oven. Let cool slightly
• Add your favourite spread & devour. If your flavour included glaze, add that while still warm.

• Leftovers should be packaged & frozen as soon as they have cooled & can be reheated in the oven, microwave or toaster oven.
